This fully refundable deposit reserves your limited early‑bird price for our smart pillow. It guarantees you access to our lowest Kickstarter launch price once the campaign is live.
Where do I pay the final balance?
The remaining payment will be made directly on Kickstarter, not on this website. We will send you an email notification the moment our Kickstarter page launches.
Can I get my deposit back?
Yes! Your deposit is 100% refundable at any time before you complete your pledge on Kickstarter. Simply email shiyuan@craniotrace.com if you wish to cancel your reservation.and we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
